Computer using and charging
The regulations are to assure TKU’s faculty, staff, and students of the prerogative to use the computers in the library.
Any use of the computers is subject to electronic databases, searching for the collections in the library, and academic resources on the Internet. Any other purpose are prohibited, including playing games, chatting online, emailing, browsing on entertaining websites, writing resumes or autobiographies, and blogging. Violators, if keep doing so after being dissuaded once, will be banned to use computers.
All the faculty, staff, and student of TKU are of priority. Other users, if necessary, would be asked to yield the computer if the use lasts one hour or above.
Charging regulations:
Free for all the faculty, staff, and student of TKU.
NTD100 (the minimum charge) per hour for external users.
Cash only for every fee. Receipt will be given by the librarians.
Registration is required if without student ID card or faculty certificate.
Compensation for damages is according to the regulations, if there should be any case.
The announcement and revision of the regulations are authorized by the president of TKU.
