ELECT 3 Interlibrary Book Loan and Return Service：Tamkang X Soochow X Ming Chuan

Starting from Feb., 2023 and Books from the three libraries will be delivered to the campus library for you for free !

• Current students and full-time faculty and staff of the three university where the libraries are located.
• Each person may borrow up to 10 books, comprising the number of the books borrowed through this service and the number of the books borrowed in person.
• The loan period is 21 days and items cannot be renewed.
• Materials borrowed must be returned within the time limit. If they are over-due, fines shall be imposed as follows:  Each volume of a book NT$5.00 per day.
• Applications will be mailed out every Tuesday and Thursday.
